More than ever, patients are seeking convenience and accessibility from healthcare providers, and a new Salesforce report suggests they still prefer this increased access in the form of in-person, rather than virtual experiences.

According to the Connected Healthcare Consumer report, which surveyed nearly 6,000 global healthcare consumers, patients across the board are interested in reducing barriers to care. To boost accessibility, more than 90 percent said they were interested in utilizing walk-in clinics, and about three-quarters expressed interest in in-home visits.
