Oracle introduced a new AI-powered clinical documentation tool designed for its ambulatory care customers.

Integrated within the Oracle Health EHR system, the tool uses automation and voice commands to help physicians transcribe patient conversations and create draft notes directly in the EHR, aiming to automate the entire documentation process, according to a June 24 news release from Oracle.
