There’s a lot going on at OpenAI. That’s one reason why it’s so important, in my view, to keep an eye on everything that Sam Altman is saying in the conferences and meetings that I have attended, as the company, which is basically a household name, keeps innovating at the edge of the AI revolution.

That’s not to say that OpenAI doesn’t have competition – it does, with companies like Anthropic and Google looking for alliances to usher in their own versions of the newest AI systems. But with the new funding that OpenAI has, and its place at the table, this company is poised to take AI a lot further than any of us saw as possible just years...
