About a year after digital mental health companies Headspace and Ginger merged, Headspace Health announced a new product for employers on Friday that unites the strengths of each entity.

The product — available January 1 — combines Headspace’s meditation and mindfulness services with Ginger’s coaching, therapy and psychiatry services. Employees of Headspace Health’s customers will start with an online onboarding survey that asks for their goals and what they’re struggling with.
