Ridgewood, N.J.-based Valley Health System is launching a hospital at home program this summer to deliver high-acuity inpatient care directly to eligible patients in their homes.
The program — developed in partnership with Minneapolis-based Inbound Health — aims to enhance patient experience by delivering hospital-level care in the comfort of patients’ homes, the health system announced in a June 23 news release.
