The Justice Department, Federal Trade Commission and the Department of Health and Human Services have launched an online portal for the reporting of anticompetitive practices in healthcare.

Via HealthyCompetition.gov, the public can report potentially unfair and anticompetitive healthcare practices to the agencies.

The portal provides a “one stop shop for the public to report violations of competition laws and will allow the agencies to collaborate early and often, helping to promote economic opportunity and fairness for all,” Assistant Attorney General Jonathan Kanter of the Justice Department’s Antitrust Division said...
