Apple’s new mixed-reality headset, which will reportedly have uses for healthcare, will become available Feb. 2.

The Vision Pro, the tech company’s first major product release in years, will go on presale Jan. 19, Apple said Jan. 8. The headset will cost $3,499 and be sold in Apple Stores, physically and online.

One reported use for the device is to aid surgeons with procedures, as some physicians already deploy virtual reality to assist with surgeries. Health systems have expressed interest in learning more about the new technology.
