To ramp up its food-as-medicine support, NationsBenefits has acquired Good Measures, a company that offers coaching and personalized food prescriptions.

NationsBenefits, a fintech, benefits and outcomes platform, has acquired food-as-medicine company Good Measures, the companies announced Tuesday.

Plantation, Florida-based NationsBenefits is a benefits administration company that partners with managed care organizations. It has more than 100 managed care clients and offers supplemental benefits, flex cards and member engagement solutions. Good Measures, based in Boston, offers coaching and personalized food prescriptions to support people’s health. It has licensed providers in all 50 states and works with health plans, employers, government programs and providers.
