The cluster has recently launched an online portal supporting its community partners to deliver health programmes.
Community care partners of the National Healthcare Group in Singapore have been provided access to a digital platform for managing health programmes and potentially creating digital records.
WHAT IT’S ABOUT
Recently, the NHG partnered with credentials platform provider, Accredify, to develop the NHG Cares Partners Portal.
According to a press statement, the portal simplifies the management of health programmes, which are automatically synced with NHG’s health and social care marketplace, Health Kampung. It allows NHG community partners to monitor demand by tracking registration and attendance and real-time updates.
