The National Association of State Technology Directors (NASTD), which represents information technology (IT) professionals from the 50 states, through four regions, and the private sector, will hold its Annual Conference and Technology Showcase at the Hilton Minneapolis in Minneapolis, Minnesota, from Aug. 18-21.
The theme for this year’s event is “Making Waves in IT.” The event will feature presentations and panel discussions on pressing state government technology issues, including cybersecurity, digital accessibility, disaster recovery, emerging technology, legacy modernization, talent acquisition and legacy modernization. The sessions will also feature a panel discussion focusing on state CIO priorities, trends and perspectives.
In conjunction with the event, NASTD has released the findings of its survey on “Artificial Intelligence in State Government IT Operations.”...
