Middle Tennessee Pharmacy Services has acquired a TwelveStone pharmacy, long-term care & “MEDIpack” service lines

MURFREESBORO, Tennessee—Middle Tennessee Pharmacy Services (MTPS), an innovative long-term care (LTC) pharmacy company and member of Guardian Pharmacy Services, announced the acquisition of the LTC and “MEDIpack” service lines from TwelveStone Health Partners, a provider of comprehensive chronic care medication services. With this acquisition, MTPS aims to better serve residents in assisted living, skilled nursing and behavioral health communities, as well as individuals with intellectual and developmental disabilities and outpatient consumers throughout Tennessee, Southern Kentucky and Northern Alabama.
