Employer-group Medicare Advantage plans, or Medicare Advantage employer-group waiver plans (MA-EGWPs) encompass 16.2% of the total MA market. In the latest analysis brief, Mark Farrah Associates (MFA), provided insights about the current employer-group Medicare Advantage (MA) market and assessed membership trends by carrier and state.

  • As of November 1, 2025, MFA reported that over 5.7 million members were enrolled in employer-group MA plans. This is an increase of 19,719 or 0.35%, since a year ago.
