Here are the supply chain updates ASC leaders need to know this week.

Eight supply chain updates for the week of Dec. 10-17:

  1. Medline priced its upsized initial public offering at $29 per share for 216,034,482 shares of Class A common stock, according to a Dec. 16 news release from the company. Shares are expected to begin trading Dec. 17 on the Nasdaq Global Select Market under the ticker symbol MDLN.
  2. B. Braun Medical launched a “supply assurance program” aimed at strengthening the resilience of the medical device and pharmaceutical supply chain.
  3. The FDA eliminated a key barrier to the use of real-world evidence in certain medical device applications.
