Medline Industries has completed its acquisition of Ecolab’s global surgical solutions business, including the Microtek product lines.

The integration of Ecolab’s surgical solutions business enhances Medline’s portfolio with advanced sterile drape solutions, surgical products, and OEM capabilities. This move aligns with Medline’s strategy to expand its offerings and reinforce its position in the medical supply market.
