Findings In this cross-sectional study of 575 797 Medicare beneficiaries with ESRD, the proportion enrolled in Medicare Advantage increased by 51%. Increases were largest among Black, Hispanic, and dual-eligible (Medicare and Medicaid) beneficiaries.
