While most Medicare Advantage plans offer dental benefits, few of these benefits are comprehensive, a study published Dec. 26 in JAMA found.

Here are three things to note:

  1. More than 85% of Medicare Advantage plans offered dental benefits, but only 8% offered comprehensive benefits, the study found.
