The measles outbreak continues to grow, with 378 cases reported across 18 jurisdictions in the U.S. as of March 20, 2025, according to the Centers for Disease Control and Prevention (CDC). Texas has been particularly affected, with 309 cases, 40 hospitalizations, and one fatality reported as of March 21.
