McLaren Health Care, a Grand Blanc, Michigan-based health system with 13 hospitals and an expansive care network, has acquired Park Medical Centers, a group of primary care clinics serving Wayne, Oakland, and Macomb counties.

The acquisition adds 10 clinics with 21 providers who care for approximately 36,000 patients to McLaren’s network.

Park Medical Centers will operate as a division of McLaren Medical Group (MMG), McLaren’s employed provider organization. The clinics will retain their branding and existing staff, who will transition to employment under MMG.
