AT&T employees can access providers across more than 35 specialties, receive support from a care advocate, and access guidance around IVF, surrogacy, and more.

AT&T will offer its more than 125,000 employees 24/7 access to women’s health platform Maven Clinic‘s virtual fertility and family-building support services, including guidance around egg freezing, adoption, IVF, surrogacy, preconception and more.

The New York-based digital reproductive health and family platform offers fertility and family planning services, pregnancy and postpartum care, and parenting and pediatric support. The company added a program for menopause-related care last year.

AT&T and Maven initially established a partnership in 2021, with AT&T offering its employees Maven’s maternity program.
