Portland-based MaineHealth is expanding its Trellis Health primary care service to offer individual and household memberships.
The memberships, which start at $109 per month, offer access to a multi-disciplinary team including a primary care physician, behavioral health specialist, pharmacist, physical therapist and a health coach. The monthly fee covers all appointments and care coordination, according to a Sept. 18 news release shared with Becker’s.
