Lumeris announced today that it will be partnering with Google Cloud to build and advance a cutting-edge primary-care-as-a-service platform. Specifically, Lumeris’ Tom platform will leverage Google Cloud’s AI models and infrastructure to embed directly within primary care workflows in order to independently assess and execute the next best action for patients, including: automatically checking in on high risk patients and tracking recurrent complaints, scheduling follow up screenings, engaging in patient outreach, monitoring medication compliance and even working with patients to ensure emergent complaints are immediately flagged for follow up.
