Lightbeam said acquisition would combine its health analytics for payers and providers with Jvion’s clinical intelligence and predictive technology

Population health management solution vendor Lightbeam Health Solutions Inc. has agreed to buy the operating assets related to Jvion Inc., including Jvion’s AI-enabled prescriptive analytics and social determinants of health (SDoH) solutions.

Lightbeam, which facilitates population health management for ACOs, payers, provider groups, health systems, and other healthcare organizations, said the acquisition would combine its health analytics for payers and providers with Jvion’s clinical intelligence and predictive technology.
