Lightbeam Health Solutions has acquired Syntax Health, a move aimed at strengthening its platform for value-based care by enhancing contract modeling and incentive design capabilities.

The Dallas-based health tech firm said Syntax’s software and actuarial tools will be integrated into its operating system, giving payers and providers more advanced options for modeling contracts, forecasting financial performance, and aligning incentives across value-based arrangements.

Syntax, headquartered in Atlanta, offers a SaaS platform focused on simplifying the contracting process between payers and providers. Its tools provide real-time modeling and negotiation features, supported by actuarial data, designed to promote transparency and collaboration in the value-based care environment.
