When TruBridge, a revenue cycle division of CPSI, decided to automate more of their operations, they didn’t just ask managers to choose. They brought all their employees together in a “dream factory” to make and vote on suggestions. They got 250 from the staff, who then got to choose which ones they wanted to implement.
