CMS is dealing.

In the past couple of weeks alone, CMMI has announced two new programs: ACCESS and MAHA ELEVATE, both of which have generated quite a bit of discussion. While ELEVATE was just announced yesterday, ACCESS is already being embraced by health tech with relief, validation, and excitement.

This celebration comes as no surprise — ACCESS finally provides a level of validation health tech has chased for years. Many solutions craved an innovative, tech-enabled, VBC ecosystem that simply didn’t exist. Until now. Maybe. For many digital care models, ACCESS feels like long-awaited confirmation that the system is catching up.
