At AWE2024 in Long Beach, California, Fundamental VR announced it incorporated AI into its surgical training platform and HouseCall VR relayed it has signed an agreement with the University of Georgia College of Pharmacy.

Lenovo is partnering with Boston-based Rendever, a virtual reality company focused on the aging population, to implement VR technology into hospice care provider Carolina Caring’s offerings.

Through Rendever’s platform, users can participate in group sessions to share virtual reality immersive experiences aimed at building social connections and decreasing social isolation.

Rendever’s immersive offerings will be delivered on Lenovo’s ThinkReality VRX headsets at Carolina Caring.
