Fort Myers, Fla.-based Lee Health is planning to launch an acute hospital at-home program and expand its remote patient monitoring program.

The health system has partnered with Biofourmis, a technology company offering platforms that support in-home acute care delivery, to support the programs, according to a Nov. 18 news release.

Under the new partnership, Biofourmis will support Lee Health’s entire RPM service line and support the launch of a new hospital-at-home program....
