Advisor Analysis Clinician burnout is far from being eliminated at health care organizations, but leaders, frontline physicians, and nurses are joining forces to get to the roots of the crisis. That’s the takeaway from the NEJM Catalyst Insights Council survey, “Immunization Against Burnout.”

We were not surprised that 83% of respondents — who are clinicians, clinical leaders, and health care executives — call physician burnout
a “serious” or “moderate” problem in their organizations. That could be considered a slight improvement from the findings of our fall
