The results come from a sample of 1,856 HR professionals and executives surveyed between Oct. 24 and Nov. 6 and a sample of 2,079 workers surveyed between Oct. 31 and Nov. 7.

“Our research shows investing in leadership and employee experience remains essential for organizational health,” said Jim Link, chief human resource officer of SHRM.

The survey and related report aren’t specific to senior living, but the findings seem to hold true for the industry.
