The bipartisan backers of a new bill to extend enhanced ObamaCare subsidies say it represents Congress’s last best chance to avoid a cost cliff for millions of Americans at the start of next year.

The legislation introduced Tuesday, spearheaded by Rep. Brian Fitzpatrick (R-Pa.), is the latest effort to break the logjam and stave off the price spike.

It also has a minefield of political obstacles standing in its way.
