Research and insights firm KLAS has published a new performance report with its rankings for population health management vendors.
For the report, researchers spoke to 278 providers about their experience using population health management solutions. KLAS said the focus of this report came from providers telling the firm in the 2016 Population Health Management Perception report that their biggest gap in population health management was data aggregation, so KLAS focused on data aggregation for the performance report.
The performance report set out to answer the following:
- Which vendors are geared to meet needs for more data faster and with less effort?
- Which companies has strengthened and tuned their workflows for program administrators, care managers and clinicians at the point...
