As I’ve attended more and more user conferences, I’ve realized that the experience as these user conferences really represents the leadership and the culture of the company. I think it’s almost impossible for a company to fake it. Who you are shows up on stage, in the programming, and the approach to the conference.
I saw this first hand this week at the MEDITECH Live conference. On stage and throughout the event, I saw an organization that cares deeply about their customers. They listen to their customers. They understand the needs of their customers. They’re humble and reasonable in their approach to continuing to innovate and provide practical solutions that work for their customers.
