CHARLOTTE, North Carolina—Joerns Healthcare, a provider of long-term care equipment sales and services, entered into a definitive agreement to sell its rental service network in Florida, Georgia, Louisiana, Oklahoma and Texas to MasVida Health, a full-service provider of durable medical equipment (DME) rental solutions.
