Interim HealthCare Inc. has acquired its second-largest, and one of the longest-tenured, franchise in the company’s network.

The transaction transfers ownership of the operation from the franchisee to Interim corporate. The franchise serves the upstate and midlands of South Carolina, as well as a hospice location in Atlanta. Financial terms of the transaction were undisclosed.
