Major insurers have launched their Medicare products for 2025, offering older adults new plan options during the upcoming annual enrollment period from Oct. 15 to Dec. 7.
Humana will offer a total of 793 individual Medicare Advantage plans in 2025 across 48 states, plus Washington, D.C., and Puerto Rico, covering 89% of U.S. counties. In 2024, the company covered 49 states, D.C., P.R., and covered 94% of U.S. counties.
In 2025, Humana is expanding its Medicare HMO offerings into 12 new counties and its Medicare Advantage LPPO plans in 17 new counties. Humana Full Access PPO plans will expand to 20 states.
