POINTING FINGERS — Republicans, Democrats and health insurance CEOs are at odds over who’s to blame for the rising cost of health care, Kelly reports.

During two hearings on health care affordability before key House committees Thursday, health insurers deflected blame for rising health costs onto other players in the health care system, including hospitals and drugmakers. Meanwhile, Republicans and Democrats appeared to switch their traditional positions — at least for a day — on the private health insurers.
