StartUp Health community member InSilicoTrials is leading a new consortium to help predict how a person’s heart will respond to a new medicine, one of the most persistent blind spots in drug development. It was part of a notably active and global week, with substantial investment flowing into AI, digital health, biotech, mental health, chronic care, and life sciences across almost a dozen countries.
Long-time StartUp Health community member InSilicoTrials has partnered with The Jackson Laboratory to lead CARDIOVERSE, a $30M initiative funded by ARPA-H through its CATALYST program to redefine cardiac drug safety with virtual heart models.
