The Integral Group recently held a groundbreaking ceremony for the Wellspring Apartments, a property in Miami, Florida that offers affordable living options to older adults.
The Wellspring Apartments will include 99 units, 67 of which are designated for residents below 50% of the area’s median income with the remaining units for those below 60% of the median income.
