2Life Communities breaks ground on Solimine House in Lynn
2Life Communities broke ground on Solimine House in Lynn, a new affordable housing project for adults aged 62 and up, in mid-December 2025.
The project is scheduled for completion in 2027, and will bring 150 apartments to the area and be 100% affordable for families with incomes up to 60% of the area median income.
