Blockchain technology has greatly enhanced safe and decentralized data management, making it an attractive choice for current healthcare systems. This paper introduces a customized Hyperledger Fabric-based framework for managing patient identification within a smart healthcare network by integrating various stakeholders such as Ace Hospital, its branches, affiliated departments (Ace Lab, Ace Nursing), and external entities such as Medic Insurance. Utilizing Hyperledger Fabric’s modular design, it ensures data integrity, confidentiality, and efficient collaboration through privacy-preserving channels, endorsing peers, anchor peers, and orderer nodes.
