Humana is planning to list its downtown Louisville, Ky. tower for sale, the Louisville Courier Journal reported Feb. 5.

Humana has been working to consolidate its headquarters since last year. The company decided to leave the 27-story, 651,000 square foot building as it evolved to offer more flexible workstyles, the company previously said.

“While the opportunity to have our Louisville-based employees all together in one location is exciting, the decision to exit Humana Tower was not easy. Serving as our flagship location since it was built in 1985, the Tower is an iconic part of the Louisville skyline and the site of many of the company’s historic accomplishments,” a spokesperson said....
