Interwell Health, which includes a provider network of 1,700 nephrologists, continues to develop value-based care partnerships with payers in the chronic kidney disease (CKD) space. The company has announced an agreement in 13 states for most Humana Medicare Advantage HMO and PPO members living with CKD as well as members across the country living with end-stage kidney disease (ESKD).
