Humana continues to grow its value-based care offerings.

Humana has added additional providers to its orthopedic bundled payment models, the company announced.

The expansion includes four new providers in its spinal fusion bundles and 11 in the total joint replacement bundles, Humana said. That brings participation in the spinal fusion model to nine providers across seven states and in the joint replacement model to 75 practices in 11 states.

Thanks to the new agreements, Humana will add the first providers in Oklahoma and Minnesota to the joint replacement bundled payments.

Humana launched the joint replacement bundles in 2016 and spinal fusion bundles earlier this year.
