Many conference rooms haven’t changed much in recent years, even as meetings have. It may be time for some rethinking — and retooling.

Just as the right conference room technology can support effective meetings, the wrong tools can hinder collaboration — and many conference rooms were equipped prior to the massive shift to hybrid work that started in 2020.
