Here are the supply chain updates ASC leaders need to know this week.

Four supply chain updates for the week of Dec. 24-31:

  1. ICU Medical issued a Class I recall for certain 150 mL IV Gravity Burette Sets after discovering some devices are missing an internal shut-off valve, increasing the risk of uncontrolled fluid flow.
  2. Kentucky-based Signature HealthCare entered a prime vendor agreement with Medline.
  3. South Bend, Ind.-based Beacon Health System signed a prime vendor agreement with Medline to support systemwide lab standardization.
