Supply chain data can help inform decisions about value-based care and healthcare finances, according to a new survey released by data automation company Global Healthcare Exchange.

The survey was taken by the company’s “best 50” healthcare provider organizations, a group of hospitals chosen from 4,100 t connected to the exchange’s software that have shown they can cut supply chain costs and improve performance.

The survey asked t respondants’ about their supply chain priorities for next year. They identified data and system integration as two initiatives that support the move to value-based care.
