For older adults, Medicare enrollment is a complex and overwhelming endeavor. When the time for enrollment comes, beneficiaries are challenged with the daunting task of navigating seemingly endless plan options and program specifics. For some, the terminology and plan options may seem like another language entirely. For those with limited English proficiency (LEP), the problems are even more significant and the resources available for support are minimal.
