According to McKinsey, 40% of companies plan to increase their AI investments next year, including in employee training. This is no surprise: as reported by Deloitte, many organizations recognize the importance of workforce development; however, few are confident in the effectiveness of their current training programs. This challenge is particularly acute for small and medium-sized businesses, where creating comprehensive training programs through traditional methods remains a daunting task. In this article, I’ll share why I think AI training will stay—and how leaders can best leverage this technology to their advantage.
