As the relatively new director of team member engagement and culture at EPOCH Senior Living, I’ve seen firsthand how improving workplace culture can improve productivity, save money and benefit the older adults in our care.

Epoch, which operates 16 senior living communities in the Northeast, has made some impressive changes to its staff training that are reaping benefits.

When I interviewed for and was promoted to take on this newly created role at EPOCH, I couldn’t believe it. It was my dream job.
