I’m a second-year surgical resident, and my twin sister passed away unexpectedly 2 weeks ago at just 30 years old. She had undetected Brugada syndrome. Her death was out of the blue and I feel like my entire world has been turned upside down — we were very close, lived in the same city, and saw each other or spoke on the phone at least once a week.
